Rapid Fire Policies
Terms of Use:
-All Airsoft guns must have the tip (1/4inch) of the barrel permanently colored orange. No one may display a replica firearm in a public place.
-You are violating the state or federal law, if required in that state, if you alter, remove, or destroy any coloration or marking that are required by state or federal law or regulation on any replica firearm.
-It is not our responsibility to find out your local regulations on any product we sell. Please check with your local government to find out the laws before purchasing.
-Any unauthorized trademarks must be removed from any item sold by Rapid Fire Airsoft.
-We do not recommend the use of any product sold by Rapid Fire Airsoft to be used for anything else besides Airsoft.
-YOU CERTIFIY THAT YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE THE OWENR OF ANY CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE.
Payment Methods:
-Rapid Fire Airsoft will soon accept all major credit cards.
-We currently accept and make use of Paypal.
-We do not accept money orders or personal checks.
-All credit card payments are billed once the order is placed.
-All orders with use of paypal require an additional 1-4 business days for clearance of payment.
-The coustomer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Only Maryland residents pay a sales tax of 6.00%.
-Any promotions or coupons MUST be applied to your order during checkout, no exceptions.
Shipping Policy
-All orders will require 1-5business days to be processed for in-stock items no matter the shipping method chosen.
-If you have a credit card holder mismatch, mismatched addresses, or need of Next Day/2nd Day Shipping, please confirm via email. Once noted by an RFA staff member your item will be shipped.
-If we are given incorrect shipping information and the item is returned to us, you will be charged the full cost of re-shipping.
-All custom and upgraded guns require 10 business days for build/upgrade before shipping.
-Any backordered items that restock will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
-We do not ship to Canada or out of the US, but we do to Alaska and Hawaii. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience.
Cancellations:

-If your item is already shipped, we may be unable to make changes or hold the order.
-If already ship a 15% restocking fee will be applied along with additional shipping charges.
Returns:
-Due to the nature of Airsoft products listed on this site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
-Returns are not available unless authorized by a staff member of Rapid Fire Airsoft and is under an extreme circumstance.
-A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items that meet the requirements to be returned. The rates of restocking are subject to change at any time.
-Shipping charges are non refundable and we do not cover return shipping.
-All upgrade parts are sold as is, no returns, no exceptions.
-Customs guns are not returnable/refundable at all.
